I think I read it maybe two years ago or so, but it was honestly one of my favorites. In the story, Cas is sick because he is regrowing his feathers, so they end up falling off and Dean collects them. I'm looking for a specific fic I remember reading sometime ago where Dean grows wings and Sam grows a tail (i think it was in part of a curse to show them their true destiny or something). They end up going to a cabin until they can find out how to get rid of them. I remember it had bottom!Dean and tail!kink, and maybe Sam grooming Dean's wing.
